Manufacturer Film Warranty
The film itself is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, where one is offered. We use premium vinyl from several quality brands, chosen for the job and the surface, so the length varies. Your quote lists the film and its warranty.

Covered under the manufacturer's terms, and we handle the claim for you.
What's Not Covered
Damage from outside causes and normal wear aren't defects.

- Chemical or fuel damage
- Accidents and vandalism
Normal wear
- Road debris and rock chips
- Minor lifting in deep grooves, rivets, and complex curves
- Normal fading (only excessive fading is covered)
Other exclusions
- Paint problems, rust, or aftermarket paint that was there before the install
- Perforated film on windows that roll down
- Wraps installed or repaired by anyone other than Kauza
- Marine: below the waterline, docking, or trailering damage
How to Make a Claim
Four steps, and we do most of the work.

Take photos
Clear photos from a few angles: close-ups of the problem and wider shots showing where it is.

Send the photos with your name, invoice number, and install date.

We review it
We look at the photos and may ask for more, or to see it in person.

We fix it
Approved claims are scheduled for repair or replacement at no cost, around your schedule.
Report problems within 48 hours of noticing them
That gets you the fastest fix. Please don't try to repair it yourself first, as that can void your coverage.
Taking Care of Your Wrap
A little care keeps it looking new longer.
Do
- Hand wash with mild soap and water
- Park in the shade or a garage when possible
- Use a spray wax made for vinyl wraps
- Clean off bird droppings and tree sap promptly
- Wipe wall and window graphics with a damp cloth
Don't
- Use pressure washers or high-pressure water
- Use harsh chemicals or solvents
- Use automatic brush car washes
- Scrub with abrasive pads or cloths
